In a new interview with USA Today, Cuoco spilled the beans for the first time about the couple's "secret relationship:"
"It was such a huge part of my life and no one knew about it. It was a wonderful relationship but we never spoke a word about it and never went anywhere together. We were so protective of ourselves and the show and didn't want anything to ruin that. But that also made it sad, too. That's not the kind of relationship I want — I don't want to be hiding."
Cuoco admits that the two parties split over the Christmas holiday, but that it has not been awkward trying to go back to work with someone she was once involved with romantically. As for why Kaley actually has the time to spill the beans on this sort of stuff right now, the show is temporarily on filming hiatus due to a recent injury the actress suffered while horseback riding.
